If your character gets a disqualification from the process due to IC issues like past criminal records, then yes. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the next batch comes to an open.

Any kick excluding the basic ones (for example for being afk) is a reason that could lead to disqualification.

It doesn't. Since you didn't post anything before the 8th of October, you can't do it now, otherwise, you'll get disqualified from our recruitment process. You need to wait until the next batch and then apply.

Hey, my main account is a part of AP. I need permission to apply to SD, do I need to request from both this faction and my own?
And another question, when applying - do I need to add SS's of /stats and admin record of all characters within my UCP account or just the one I'm applying with?

For the first, if it's a script-wise and an official faction that you are invited in, you will need the Double Faction Permission. And post it down here, SD approves DFPs automatically.
When applying, you'll need to provide an unedited screenshot of /stats (Character you are applying with). And all of your characters' admin record. You may use the beta UCP so you have access to the whole account's record without having to change your characters. They need to be unedited and have the taskbar/dates included in.

Can I apply instantly after leaving the LSFD?
